At Dogly Co, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
